The VICE PRINCIPAL at St. Mary Public School will share leadership responsibilities with the Principal to ensure smooth academic and administrative operations. This role involves overseeing daily school functions, supporting curriculum implementation, and maintaining discipline across classes from Nursery to Class XII. St. Mary Public School expects the Vice Principal to act as a bridge between staff, students, and parents in Krishnagar II.
Key Responsibilities
Implement school policies and ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines in all departments.
Monitor classroom standards and student conduct while supporting teachers in classroom management.
Coordinate extracurricular activities and school events to maintain a balanced school calendar.
Oversee admission processes and interact with parents during enrollment drives.
Prepare monthly reports on academic progress and submit them to the Principal.
Handle student grievances and disciplinary matters with fairness and transparency.
Organize staff meetings and professional development sessions for educators.
Ensure the school adheres to safety norms and maintains clean, functional infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
Must have a postgraduate degree with B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized university.
Minimum two years of administrative experience in a school environment is essential.

Familiarity with school ERP systems and student record management is desirable.
