This role involves supporting the school’s holistic development approach by collaborating with other commerce faculty to create cohesive curriculum frameworks. You’ll attend departmental meetings, participate in academic planning sessions, and contribute to the development of extracurricular activities related to finance and entrepreneurship. Maintaining a positive teacher-student relationship while fostering a supportive learning environment is equally important. The PGT will also assist in organizing workshops, guest lectures, and competitive exams to enhance students’ analytical and problem-solving skills in Accountancy.
The ideal candidate for this PGT Accountancy Teacher position at Zoom International School | Durgapur holds a postgraduate degree in Accountancy or Commerce with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. At least four years of relevant teaching experience in Accountancy or a related subject is mandatory, preferably in a school setting. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be highly beneficial.
