What you bring to the table (qualifications + experience)
- Post‑graduate degree in Political Science or a related field.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification, with a preference for TET/CTET certification.
- Minimum two years of proven teaching experience at the higher secondary level.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bengali, and ability to relate to diverse student backgrounds.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development and student assessment.
