- Develop and implement Bengali language and literature curricula that align with school standards.

- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about student progress.
Required Qualifications
Must Have
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized university.
- Strong understanding of Bengali language and literature.
- Proven teaching experience of at least 2 years in a school setting.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Bengali.
Good to Have
- TET or CTET certification.
- Experience with curriculum development and implementation.
- Knowledge of educational technology and its applications in the classroom.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
