- B.Ed or D.El.Ed with a focus on arts or physical education.
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience in a school setting.
- Good command of English and Bengali for effective communication.

- TET or CTET certification.
- Formal training in classical dance forms such as Bharatanatyam or Odissi.
- Experience in organizing school cultural events.
