What You Bring
A graduate degree with B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory; TET/CTET certification is preferred. Minimum two years of teaching experience in EVS at the primary or upper primary level is required. Demonstrated leadership in classroom or team settings, ability to inspire students and junior staff, and strong communication skills are essential. Familiarity with West Bengal education policies and a passion for environmental education will add value.
