Role Summary
As an experienced PRT Evs Teacher at Narayana School, Andal, you will lead the Environmental Science Department, shaping the minds of future generations in Ondal, Paschim Bardhaman. With our School PRT Evs Opening, we seek a dynamic educator to join our team in Paschim Bardhaman.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging Evs lesson plans for students of different age groups, incorporating innovative teaching methods to promote active learning
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their performance
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to design and implement curriculum that aligns with West Bengal's educational standards
- Prepare students for board exams by providing focused coaching and mentoring
- Conduct parental meetings to discuss student progress and address any concerns
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements
- Participate in school events, such as science fairs, and other extracurricular activities
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Evs education and implement new ideas in the classroom
Required Qualifications
- B.Ed qualification is essential for this role
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a PRT Evs Teacher in a school setting is required
- TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with students, parents, and colleagues
