Qualifications
Graduate degree in any discipline; a B.Ed or D.El.Ed is preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum of four years’ experience in a special education or related administrative role within a school setting.
Strong understanding of inclusive education principles and familiarity with state and national special education frameworks.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, and experience with student information systems.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and external partners.
Compensation
Full‑time position with a monthly salary ranging from Rs.17,000 to Rs.32,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
