- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Develop and implement extracurricular activities, such as quizzes, debates, and science fairs, to promote student engagement and excitement about Physics.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement integrated projects that combine Physics with other subjects.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and assessment results.
- Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and training programs to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on curriculum developments.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and organized classroom environment, adhering to school policies and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to keep them informed about student progress and well-being.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must possess a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree in Physics or a related field. A postgraduate degree in Physics or a related field is preferred. Candidates who have cleared the TET or CTET exam will be given preference. A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a recognized school is required.
