What You Will Do
Organize and conduct weekly percussion practice sessions for student groups in Salbani.

Rehearse with student performers before school events to ensure precision and timing.
Manage sound checks and coordinate with audio technicians during events.

Who Can Apply
Must Have
Graduate in any discipline with at least 3 years of experience as a professional drummer or in a similar performance role.
Fluency in Hindi and Bengali, with clear communication skills in both languages.
Good to Have
