As a Guitarist, you will be responsible for managing the music program, leading staff, and overseeing the overall performance of the school's music events. - Coordinate school events, concerts, and competitions that feature musical performances.

- Recruit and train music staff, including Guitarists, Singers, and other musicians.
- Establish relationships with local music schools, colleges, and music organizations to enhance the school's music program.
- Plan and execute music workshops, seminars, and training programs for music staff and students.
- Manage the school's music budget and ensure effective use of resources.
- Develop and maintain a high level of musical standards in the school's music program.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate with a strong musical background, preferably with a degree in Music or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Guitarist, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a team of music staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with students, staff, and parents.
