Minimum 3 years of experience in school administration or senior leadership roles.
Good to Have: Prior experience in a reputed CBSE/State Board school setup.
TET/CTET certification will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
Strong leadership with the ability to mentor middle and senior staff members.
Excellent communication skills for parent-teacher interactions and government liaison.
Proficient in MS Office and school management software for reporting and planning.
