Required Qualifications
* B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. in English or a related field
* TET/CTET certification preferred but not required
* 3+ years of teaching experience in English at the secondary level
* Strong knowledge of English language and literature, including grammar, syntax, and communication skills
* Ability to create engaging lessons, assessments, and resources that cater to diverse learning styles
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, administrators, and parents to achieve school goals
