Collaborating with teachers on cross-curricular projects and mentoring students in extracurricular English activities is essential. Preparing students for competitive exams like NTSE and Olympiads in English is a key focus. Maintaining a safe, inclusive classroom culture while adapting teaching methods for diverse learning needs is critical. You’ll also represent Magnus Global School at educational workshops and parent-teacher meetings.
To qualify, you must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with at least two years of teaching experience. A graduate degree in English or related field is preferred. Proficiency in using educational software and basic digital literacy is mandatory. Strong communication skills, creativity, and a passion for modern pedagogy are required.
A successful candidate should excel in classroom management, adaptability, and fostering student engagement. Your ability to connect with students and inspire them through innovative teaching methods will be key.
