Day-to-Day Duties
1. Teach Geography to students of classes 9 to 12, following the ICSE curriculum.
2. Prepare and deliver lesson plans, assessments, and projects that cater to the needs of students.
3. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to track student progress.
4. Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to engage students.
5. Provide guidance and support to students, parents, and colleagues as needed.
6. Collaborate with other teachers to plan and implement interdisciplinary projects.
7. Attend meetings and workshops to stay updated on curriculum changes and best practices.
Who Can Apply
To be eligible for the PGT Geography Teacher position, you must possess a post-graduate degree in Geography or a related field from a recognized university. A B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree is mandatory for teaching positions. We prefer candidates who have cleared the TET or CTET exams. A minimum of 4 years of experience in teaching Geography is required. You should be well-versed in the ICSE curriculum and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits
