Prt Academic Coordinator Job in Purba Bardhaman, West Bengal | School Vacancy — Immediate requirement.
Role Summary
The Prt Academic Coordinator at Magnus Global School will oversee the planning and execution of the Primary (PRT) curriculum across all grades. This role ensures academic standards are met, supports teachers with resources, and liaises with parents and management to maintain a smooth educational environment in Burdwan I, Purba Bardhaman.
Day-to-Day Duties
1. Coordinate the implementation of the PRT syllabus and monitor progress against the academic calendar.
2. Prepare and review lesson plans, assessment schedules, and learning material for primary sections.
3. Conduct regular audits of classroom practices and provide feedback to improve instructional quality.
4. Organize parent‑teacher meetings, workshops and orientation programs for new admissions.
5. Maintain academic records, attendance registers and performance reports for the primary wing.
6. Manage the allocation of classrooms, timetables and resource distribution in collaboration with school administration.
7. Lead the recruitment and induction process for new primary staff and ensure compliance with TET/CTET guidelines where applicable.
8. Generate monthly academic performance dashboards for the school management and district education authorities.
Required Qualifications
Graduate degree from a recognized university; B.Ed or D.El.Ed is advantageous. Minimum five years of experience in academic coordination or school administration. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace and school management software. Good communication skills in English and Bengali.
