Daily Responsibilities
Plan and conduct engaging Hindi lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum. Prepare interactive activities like storytelling, grammar drills, and creative writing exercises. Maintain a structured daily schedule to ensure systematic language acquisition. Engage students in classroom discussions and group activities to improve communication skills.
Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
Coordinate with the Hindi department to update lesson plans based on student progress and feedback. Assist in organizing cultural events like Hindi festivals, poetry recitals, and language workshops. Collaborate with other teachers to implement school-wide initiatives promoting Hindi as a medium of instruction. Participate in weekly department meetings to discuss teaching strategies and curriculum updates.
Periodic Responsibilities
Participate in termly assessments and evaluations to track student performance in Hindi. Prepare progress reports and communicate achievements or areas needing improvement with parents. Contribute to school-level competitions like essay writing, debate teams, or language olympiads in Purba Bardhaman.
Qualification and Experience
Hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a specialization or relevant experience in Hindi teaching. Minimum three years of teaching experience at the primary level preferred. A TET/CTET certificate is highly recommended but not mandatory. A graduate degree in Hindi or related field is essential.
Salary and Location
