Role Summary
Narayana School Bardhaman is seeking an experienced Sports Teacher to oversee the Sports Department in our institution. As a Sports Teacher, you will be responsible for leading the school's sports teams, organizing events, and ensuring the overall well-being of our students in this regard.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and implement sports activities and events in the school.
- Lead and motivate the school's sports teams to participate in local and national competitions.
- Monitor and maintain the sports infrastructure, including the playground, gym, and other facilities.
- Develop and implement sports policies, rules, and regulations in the school.
- Collaborate with teachers, coaches, and other staff members to promote sports culture in the school.
- Organize and conduct sports camps, workshops, and clinics for students and staff.
- Develop and manage the school's sports budget and resources.
- Represent the school in sports-related events, competitions, and meetings.
- Provide guidance and support to students, teachers, and staff on sports-related matters.
- Ensure the overall safety and well-being of students during sports activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must have a graduate degree from a recognized university.
- Must have a B.Ed/D.El.Ed degree or equivalent.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in sports administration or teaching.
- Must be familiar with the TET/CTET guidelines and regulations.
