Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced TGT Biology Teacher for Narayana School Bardhaman in Purba Bardhaman, West Bengal. As a Biology teacher at Narayana School Bardhaman, you will be responsible for teaching Biology to students of Classes IX-XII and guiding them in their academic pursuits.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver Biology lessons to students of Classes IX-XII
- Prepare lesson plans, quizzes, and exams to assess student progress
- Conduct practical experiments in the Biology lab
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and assessment materials
- Participate in school events and activities
- Assess and evaluate student performance regularly
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress
Required Qualifications
Must Have
- Post-graduate degree in Biology or related field
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with valid TET or CTET certification
- 4 years of experience in teaching Biology to Classes IX-XII
Good to Have
- Experience in teaching Science subjects to students of Classes IX-XII
- Knowledge of curriculum development and assessment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits
