3. Manage fee collection, receipt issuance, and deposit slips for the finance department.
4. Prepare and update student files, transfer certificates, and conduct certificates.
5. Assist in organizing school events, examinations, and logistics coordination.
6. Operate school software for data entry, report generation, and database management.
7. Support the principal and administrative team with routine office tasks.
8. Ensure compliance with school policies and regulatory requirements.
Who Can Apply
Applicants must be graduates from a recognized university. A minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration or school support is required. Basic computer proficiency in MS Office, email, and school management software is necessary. Fluency in English and Bengali is preferred.
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in school administration or CLERK Recruitment in West Bengal is an advantage. Familiarity with fee processing, student record management, and official documentation is essential. Strong communication and organizational skills are expected.
