This role is part of our administrative team, focusing on curriculum planning, student engagement, and fostering creativity within the school community. You will oversee daily dance sessions, ensuring alignment with school policies while encouraging student participation. Collaborate with other department heads to integrate dance into extracurricular activities and school events. Develop and maintain dance equipment inventory, ensuring proper maintenance and availability for classes. Represent the school at local cultural festivals, showcasing our students’ talents and promoting community engagement. Work closely with parents to communicate progress and goals related to dance programs.
To qualify, you must hold a graduate degree with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in school administration or arts management. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it is highly valued for administrative roles in West Bengal schools.
This role offers a competitive salary of Rs.17,000 to Rs.28,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth.
