About This Role
As Narayana School Haldia seeks to nurture the musical talents of its students, we are looking for a skilled Guitarist to join our team in Sutahata, Purba Medinipur. The ideal candidate will have a passion for music and excellent stage presence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Perform as a Guitarist at concerts, events, and assemblies to entertain and engage students, faculty, and guests.
2. Participate in music festivals and competitions organized by Narayana School Haldia and other institutions.
3. Collaborate with other musicians to develop and perform new musical pieces.
4. Conduct music workshops and classes for students.
5. Develop and maintain a repertoire of popular and classical music pieces.
6. Manage and maintain music equipment, instruments, and audio-visual systems.
7. Collaborate with the school's administrative team to organize music-related events and activities.
8. Develop and implement music-based programs to promote cultural awareness and appreciation.
Who Can Apply
Applicants must have a graduate degree in music or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional Guitarist is required. Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and music software, are essential for this role. Familiarity with music notation software and proficiency in playing various styles of music are also desirable.
