Key Responsibilities

2. Manage and maintain our school's social media presence, creating engaging content and interacting with followers.
3. Collaborate with the admissions team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
4. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the education sector.
5. Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
6. Coordinate with local print and digital media outlets to place advertisements and promote our school's brand.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with local business partners and vendors to promote our school's brand and services.
8. Assist in planning and executing school events, such as open houses, parent-teacher conferences, and career fairs.
Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Marketing or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
- Familiarity with social media marketing platforms and tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience in education marketing or a related field is desirable
- Knowledge of local market trends and dynamics in Purba Medinipur
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
Salary and Benefits
This is a full-time position, and the salary will be in the range of Rs.30,000 - Rs.40,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
