Required Qualifications
A graduate degree in any discipline with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed is essential. Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in managing music programs or similar cultural initiatives. Preference will be given to those who hold TET or CTET certifications. Strong communication skills in Bengali and English are required.
