The ideal candidate must be a resident of West Bengal with a strong knowledge of History. The selected candidate will be a part of our esteemed History department and will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans for History students.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design and deliver lesson plans for History students from Class 6 to Class 12.
2. Assess and evaluate student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback.
3. Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to improve student engagement.
4. Prepare and deliver History lessons to students using visual aids, case studies, and other resources.
5. Maintain a well-organized and organized classroom environment.
6. Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and training programs to enhance teaching skills.
7. Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress and provide feedback.
