Role Summary
Day-to-Day Duties
- Conduct Chemistry classes for students in grades 6-10, adhering to the ICSE curriculum.
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Assess student progress through regular quizzes, tests, and evaluations.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives.
- Participate in staff development programs to enhance teaching skills and subject knowledge.
- Support extracurricular activities, such as science fairs and competitions.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress.
- Develop and implement innovative methods to enhance student engagement and motivation.
Who Can Apply
Applicants for the TGT Chemistry Teacher position must have a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree, and a minimum of 4 years of teaching experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in teaching ICSE Chemistry and holding a TET or CTET certification.
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a salary of Rs.25,000 - Rs.45,000 per month, along with benefits such as health insurance, paid leave, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
