Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Computer Science Teacher to join our faculty in Narayana School Haldia. As a TGT Computer Science Teacher, you will be responsible for imparting knowledge and skills to students in grades 6-10. Your primary focus will be on teaching Computer Science, with an emphasis on problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Computer Science to students in grades 6-10
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and activities
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate Computer Science with other subjects
- Utilize technology to enhance teaching and learning
- Participate in school events and activities
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Stay updated with curriculum changes and developments in Computer Science
- Participate in staff meetings and training programs
Required Qualifications
- Post-graduate degree in Computer Science or a related field
- B.Ed/D.El.Ed degree required, TET/CTET preferred
- 4 years of teaching experience in a school setting
- Strong knowledge of Computer Science concepts and pedagogy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: Rs.25,000 - Rs.45,000 per month
