Responsibilities
Teach Mathematics to students in Class 9 to 12 at Egra Adarsha Vidyapith, ensuring alignment with the West Bengal curriculum. Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that incorporate modern teaching methods to boost student understanding and participation.
Conduct daily classes with clear explanations of algebraic concepts, trigonometry, calculus, and geometry, using visual aids and real-world examples where possible. Maintain a structured classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Prepare and assess homework assignments, quizzes, and exams to evaluate student progress. Provide timely feedback to help students improve their mathematical skills and confidence.
Collaborate with the school’s academic team to address common challenges in teaching Mathematics, such as student dropouts or low performance in specific topics. Ensure all teaching materials, including textbooks and worksheets, are updated and available for students.
Eligibility
Hold a postgraduate degree in Mathematics or a related field as per the requirements of Egra Adarsha Vidyapith. Possess a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) degree.
