Job Title
TGT Physics Teacher (Full‑time) at Haldia Lions Model School | West Bengal, located in Sutahata, Purba Medinipur.
Responsibilities
1. Deliver the Physics curriculum to classes IX‑XII in line with state board standards.
2. Prepare lesson plans, practical experiments and assessment tools that engage students in Sutahata, Purba Medinipur.
3. Conduct regular laboratory sessions, ensuring safety and proper use of equipment.
4. Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments and projects, providing timely feedback.
5. Organize and supervise co‑curricular activities such as science fairs and Olympiads.
6. Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades and classroom activities.
7. Collaborate with fellow teachers for interdisciplinary projects and school events.
8. Participate in parent‑teacher meetings to discuss student progress and address concerns.
9. Stay updated with latest developments in Physics education and incorporate innovative teaching methods.
10. Contribute to the overall academic environment of Haldia Lions Model School | West Bengal.
Qualifications
Post‑graduate degree in Physics (M.Sc or equivalent) with B.Ed or D.El.Ed.
TET/CTET certification is preferred.
Experience
Minimum 4 years of teaching experience in a school setting, preferably handling senior secondary Physics classes.
Salary
Rs.25,000 - Rs.35,000 per month.
