Collaborate with other teachers to create interdisciplinary projects that encourage holistic development. Maintain detailed records of student progress and attendance to ensure transparency and accountability. Attend parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance and address any concerns. Stay updated with educational trends and curriculum changes to adapt teaching strategies accordingly. Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and motivated. Participate in school events and initiatives that promote community engagement and cultural awareness.
To apply, candidates must hold a postgraduate degree in Social Science along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Four years of relevant teaching experience in Social Science at the secondary level is essential. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be highly beneficial.
