Collaborating with other teachers to integrate Science with other subjects like Math and EVS is encouraged.
Candidates must hold a graduate degree with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. While TET or CTET certification is preferred, exceptional teaching ability is highly valued. The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience teaching Science at the primary level. You should possess a genuine passion for making Science fun and accessible for young learners. Strong communication skills in English and Bengali are essential for effective classroom management. A patient and encouraging demeanor helps build confidence in students who may find Science challenging.
