About This Role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled TGT English Teacher to join our team at Narayana School Raghunathpur. As a key member of our English department, you will be responsible for teaching English to students from Class 6 to 10 and contributing to the development of our curriculum. Your expertise in English language and literature will help shape the minds of our young learners and prepare them for a bright future.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons to students from Class 6 to 10
- Create and implement effective lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their English skills
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement English curriculum
- Use technology to enhance teaching and learning experiences
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings to keep parents informed about student progress
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the decision-making process
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Stay up-to-date with curriculum changes and best practices in English education
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this role, you must have a post-graduate degree in English or a related field. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is required for teaching positions, and TET/CTET certification is preferred. You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a TGT English Teacher. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of Rs.25,000 - Rs.45,000 per month, commensurate with experience. You will also be entitled to a range of benefits, including medical insurance, provident fund, and opportunities for professional development.
