The PGT Biology Teacher at Smart Future Academy will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality biology instruction to students across Class 9 to 12. Regularly updating students on current scientific research and industry trends will also be part of your duties. Collaborating with other teachers to design interdisciplinary projects will enhance the academic experience for students. Ensuring compliance with school policies on discipline and attendance is essential for maintaining a productive classroom.
You will also be responsible for preparing students for board examinations by offering additional guidance and mock tests. Organizing science fairs, workshops, or field trips to reinforce learning will be an exciting way to engage students beyond the classroom. Maintaining detailed records of student progress and providing constructive feedback will be integral to your role. Keeping parents informed about their children’s academic performance through regular parent-teacher meetings is another key responsibility.

The ideal candidate will hold a postgraduate degree in Biology with at least three years of teaching experience. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory, while TET/CTET certification is preferred. The PGT Biology Teacher will be offered a full-time position in Dinajpur, Uttar Dinajpur, West Bengal, with a competitive salary ranging from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 70,000 per month.
