About This Role
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a highly motivated and qualified PGT Fine Arts Teacher to join Narayana School Dijanour in Dinajpur, Uttar Dinajpur, West Bengal. We are looking for an exceptional educator who can inspire and engage students in the Fine Arts curriculum.
Day-to-Day Duties
1. Plan and deliver lessons in Fine Arts to students from Class VI to XII.
2. Prepare and set high-quality lesson plans, assessments, and schemes of work.
3. Assess and record student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
4. Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to develop a cohesive and engaging curriculum.
6. Participate in parent-teacher conferences and communicate with parents.
7. Develop and implement extracurricular Fine Arts activities.
8. Monitor and maintain the condition of Fine Arts materials and equipment.
9. Perform administrative tasks as required by the school.
Who Can Apply
Must Have:
- Postgraduate degree in Fine Arts or a related field.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed with TET/CTET qualification.
- 5 years of teaching experience as a PGT in a reputable school.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Good to Have:
- Experience with curriculum development and implementation.
- Familiarity with technology integration in teaching and learning.
