Job Overview
We invite fresh B.Ed graduates to join Narayana School Dijanour as a full-time Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Music. As a PGT Music Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Music to students from classes VI to XII.
Day-to-Day Duties
As a PGT Music Teacher, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting Music classes for students from classes VI to XII
- Developing and implementing Music curricula and lesson plans
- Maintaining student records and progress reports
- Providing individualized attention to students
- Conducting regular assessments and evaluations
- Collaborating with other teachers to integrate Music with other subjects
- Participating in school events and concerts
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized university
- TET or CTET would be preferred, but not mandatory
- Post-graduate degree in Music or related field
- Familiarity with Music curricula and teaching methods in West Bengal schools
