Day-to-Day Duties
- Plan and deliver engaging Physics lessons to students in Grade 11 and 12
- Prepare and administer internal assessments and exams
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning
- Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings to update parents on student progress
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum changes
- Attend staff meetings and contribute to the development of school policies
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Participate in extracurricular activities such as science fairs and competitions
- Develop and implement science education programs to promote interest in Physics among students
Required Qualifications
- A postgraduate degree in Physics or a related field
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree
- A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience as a PGT Physics Teacher
- Strong knowledge of Physics curriculum and teaching methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
