Hi Tech Basic School in Goalpokhar I, Uttar Dinajpur, seeks a dedicated PRT Bengali Teacher to join their team. The role focuses on teaching Bengali language and literature to students in the primary section, ensuring engaging and age-appropriate instruction.
Responsibilities
Teach Bengali language, grammar, and literature to students from Class I to V. Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the state curriculum while maintaining a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Engage students through interactive activities, storytelling, and cultural exercises to enhance their language skills. Collaborate with the principal and other teachers to address classroom challenges and support overall academic growth. Ensure compliance with school policies regarding attendance, discipline, and safety.
Qualifications
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Bengali or an equivalent subject. Possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification to qualify for teaching roles in West Bengal. Secure a TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
Minimum three years of teaching experience, preferably in Bengali or language teaching at the primary level. Experience in creating engaging lesson materials and managing diverse student groups is a plus.
Salary and Terms
The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs.18,000 to Rs.30,000. The position is full-time with a focus on fostering a nurturing academic environment at Hi Tech Basic School.
