- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, encouraging students to participate in discussions and activities.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement co-curricular activities, such as language competitions and literary events.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and assessments.
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences and provide regular updates on student progress.
- Contribute to the development of school policies and programs related to language education.
Eligibility Criteria
- Post-graduate degree in Bengali or a related field from a recognized university.
- B.Ed./D.El.Ed. degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in a reputable school or institution.
- TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Bengali language and literature, with the ability to teach students of various language proficiency levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
