Job Description
PRT Urdu Teacher at The Elixir School in Anantnag requires a dedicated educator to teach Urdu to students in the primary section. The role involves designing engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum while ensuring age-appropriate learning methods. Experience in classroom management and student motivation is essential for this position.
Holders of a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a graduate background are preferred for this teaching role. Candidates should have a strong command of Urdu language and literature to facilitate effective instruction. Three years of teaching experience in a similar setting will be highly beneficial.
The PRT will also assist in organizing extracurricular activities related to Urdu, such as poetry recitals, storytelling sessions, and cultural events. Participation in school events and fostering a positive learning environment is part of the daily responsibilities. The salary for this position is set at Rs.18,000 to Rs.30,000 per month.
