Prepare practical lab sessions, assess student performance through tests and projects, and maintain accurate records of progress.
Participate in departmental meetings, contribute to curriculum development, and support co‑curricular activities related to science.
Required Qualifications
Post‑graduate degree in Biology or a related science stream.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed certification is essential; TET/CTET qualification is preferred.
Desired Skills and Attributes
Strong command of biological concepts and ability to simplify complex topics for adolescents.
Effective classroom management, good communication skills in English and the local language, and willingness to mentor students beyond academics.
