TGT English Teacher Position at The Elixir School, Anantnag

The ideal candidate holds a postgraduate degree in English or a related field, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role. Your ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles will contribute to student success.
Classroom management skills are crucial for maintaining a structured yet interactive learning environment. Experience in developing lesson plans, conducting assessments, and encouraging critical thinking will be beneficial. Familiarity with Jammu and Kashmir’s educational curriculum is a plus.
