Responsibilities
Teach Computer Science to classes 6–10, preparing lesson plans that align with the state curriculum and national standards. Conduct practical sessions using laboratory equipment and software tools. Assess students through assignments, quizzes, and projects, providing constructive feedback. Participate in curriculum development meetings and contribute to school events such as coding workshops and science fairs. Maintain a safe and engaging learning environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.
Requirements
Hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Possess a valid B.Ed or D.El.Ed certification; TET/CTET certification is an advantage. Demonstrated experience of at least 3 years teaching Computer Science at the secondary level. Strong knowledge of programming languages (Python, Java, C++), database concepts, and basic networking. Ability to integrate technology into teaching and adapt lessons for diverse learners. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with a friendly approach to student interactions.
