Minimum 2 years of teaching Botany at the senior secondary level.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging Botany classes for Classes XI and XII, preparing lesson plans that align with the school curriculum.
Design and evaluate assessments, projects and laboratory work to gauge student understanding.
Coordinate with the Science department for interdisciplinary activities and occasional field trips in the Jammu region.
Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress and any remedial support needed.
Required Qualifications
Graduate degree in Botany or related science with B.Ed or D.El.Ed certification.
TET/CTET qualification is preferred.
Preferred Skills
Ability to simplify complex botanical concepts for school students.
Experience in managing laboratory safety and equipment.
Good interpersonal skills for interaction with students, parents and senior staff.
Salary
Rs.40,000 - Rs.70,000 per month
