About This Role
As a fresher with a B.Ed degree, if you have a passion for teaching Mathematics to young minds, we invite you to join our team at Kc International School in Jammu, Jammu And Kashmir. We are looking for a PRT Mathematics Teacher who is eager to take on the challenge of shaping our students' understanding of Mathematics.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Mathematics to students from Class 6 to Class 10, developing engaging lesson plans and assessments to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to track student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with senior teachers to co-develop lesson plans and share expertise in Mathematics teaching.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices in Mathematics education.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement school-wide initiatives to improve Mathematics outcomes.
- Provide guidance and support to students who require additional help outside regular class hours.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with parents through regular reports and parent-teacher meetings.
Eligibility Criteria
A B.Ed degree from a recognized institution is a must for this role. Candidates who have appeared for TET/CTET are also welcome to apply. Prior experience in teaching Mathematics is not essential, but a strong commitment to teaching and learning is a must.
