Sarvodhya Public School in Jammu seeks a dedicated TGT Mathematics Teacher to join its team. The role involves teaching high school students across Class 9 to 12, ensuring strong foundational and advanced mathematics skills through engaging lessons.
You will design and deliver daily mathematics classes, covering topics like algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus basics, and problem-solving techniques. Classroom instruction must align with the latest CBSE curriculum while adapting teaching methods to meet diverse student learning needs.
Assess student progress through regular homework, quizzes, and end-of-term examinations. Collaborate with the mathematics department to refine lesson plans, integrate modern teaching tools, and address common student challenges. Maintain accurate attendance records and communicate with parents regarding academic performance.
The selected candidate will also assist in organizing school events related to mathematics, such as competitions, workshops, or guest lectures. Ensure compliance with school policies on discipline, attendance, and extracurricular activities.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 35,000 per month. A postgraduate degree in Mathematics or a related field, along with at least four years of teaching experience, is essential. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory.
