Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced TGT Sanskrit Teacher to join our faculty in Jammu, Jammu And Kashmir. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sanskrit and a proven track record of teaching at the secondary level.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for Sanskrit classes
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver curriculum
- Participate in school-wide events and activities
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians
- Stay updated with curriculum developments and pedagogical best practices
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate degree in Sanskrit or a related subject
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification
- TET or CTET preferred but not mandatory
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in Sanskrit at the secondary level
- Strong subject matter expertise and teaching skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will be offered a competitive salary of Rs.25,000 - Rs.45,000 per month, commensurate with experience. Additionally, the school offers a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional growth and development, and a supportive work environment.
