Skills and Competencies
- Minimum 5 years of experience in academic administration or coordination within a school setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration among teachers, staff, and parents.
- Excellent organizational ability with attention to detail in scheduling and documentation.
- Proficient in using educational management software and MS Office suite.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and implement corrective actions.
- Effective communication skills in English and the regional language.
Qualifications
A postgraduate degree is essential. Candidates holding a B.Ed or D.El.Ed are preferred, with a clear understanding of the TET/CTET framework considered an advantage.
