Organise lab schedules, allocate computers for classes, and enforce proper usage protocols.
Prepare simple instructional materials or quick reference sheets for students, helping them navigate educational software.
Coordinate with the school administration to plan lab upgrades, budget needs and procurement of new equipment.
Ensure the lab environment complies with safety standards, keeping cables tidy and emergency exits clear.
Support the implementation of school IT policies, including password management and data privacy guidelines.
Document all maintenance activities and generate weekly reports for the senior management team.
Requirements
Graduate degree from any recognised university.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational setting.
Strong technical proficiency with Windows and basic networking concepts.
Excellent organisational skills, able to juggle multiple tasks in a busy school environment.
Good communication abilities, comfortable guiding students of all ages.
Reliability, punctuality and a proactive attitude toward problem solving.
Compensation
Salary range Rs.20,000 – Rs.35,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Full‑time employment with regular working hours and benefits as per school policy.
