Integrate previous years’ NEET questions and current exam trends into daily teaching to maintain relevance.
Create differentiated instruction plans for students with diverse learning speeds and academic readiness levels. Provide additional support through weekend revision classes or small-group mentoring for weaker students. Adapt teaching methods for visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learners using local examples and analogies.
Collaborate with Physics and Biology faculty to ensure cross-subject integration in NEET preparation. Share insights on common student misconceptions and revision strategies during weekly subject meetings. Maintain updated notes and formula sheets aligned with the latest NEET syllabus.
Monitor student performance through regular chapter-wise tests and analyze common errors to refine teaching approaches. Provide timely feedback to parents during PTMs, explaining progress and areas needing focus. Encourage self-study habits and time management skills essential for NEET success.
Eligibility
Postgraduate degree in Chemistry with a minimum of 3 years of NEET teaching experience at a reputed coaching institute. Candidates with M.Sc in Chemistry, NET qualified, or prior work in Srinagar-based NEET coaching centers will be preferred. Strong foundation in Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry is mandatory.
