About This Role

* Conduct regular progress evaluations and provide constructive feedback to students on their Physics performance.
* Collaborate with the school administration to develop and implement academic policies and procedures that promote student success.
* Contribute to the development of Physics resources, such as textbooks, study materials, and online resources, to support student learning.
* Provide expert guidance to students on Physics-related topics, including conceptual clarity, MCQ practice, and test series analysis.
* Analyze student performance data and make recommendations for improvement in Physics teaching and learning strategies.
* Develop and implement strategies to increase student engagement and motivation in Physics classes.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration among students.
* Participate in Physics-related school events, such as seminars, workshops, and competitions, to enhance student learning and engagement.
Eligibility
To be considered for this role, you should have a postgraduate degree in Physics or a related field, a valid B.Ed degree, and at least 5 years of experience in teaching Physics at the senior secondary or higher secondary level. A NET or SET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
